SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

If you would like to order now for a future shipping date, just enter the shipping date below in the 'Special Instructions' area.

Overnight orders must be placed before noon EST. The delivery costs with overnight shippers are extreme, perhaps even more than your purchase, and weekend delivery is even more expensive, but we know there are times when it's a must.

We will email you with the overnight charge and will need you to verify you accept the charges before we ship, so please use an email account where you can be reached.
The actual amount will be billed to you and, if you like, we can mail you a copy of our shipping receipt.

Shipping Information

October through April
We use 3-day priority unless the destination is unseasonably hot (in which case we ship overnight at an additional cost to the customer.

May through September
We ship 2-day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders received Thursday and later will be shipped the following Monday.

Express Orders
If you need the chocolates quickly you can choose (overnight) shipping. Mention this in “special instructions” or Email us.

Handling Charges
Included in your shipping charges are a $3.00 handling charge per gift basket.

Calculating Shipping Charges
You can calculate your total shipping charges (for standard deliveries) on the Checkout page by entering your zip code and then clicking on the calculate or recalculate button. For any other shipping or delivery questions please contact us by email or by calling our tollfree number 1.866.227.9686.

Disclaimer
Our Chocolates will begin to soften at 76 degrees. Please arrange to be at home at delivery time so the chocolates do not sit in the heat. Many customers ship to their place of work. Although we cold-pack chocolates for hot weather shipping we cannot guarantee that your chocolates will arrive without melting.

Email us to confirm shipping prices to foreign countries. Shipping to countries other than the U.S. is expensive and is billed accordingly.
